3. Payment & Billing

Nchicom Reseller Manager operates on a prepaid or approved postpaid basis. All wallet credits are non-refundable once used for user activation. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

4. Privacy Policy

We value your data privacy. Your customer data is stored in isolated databases and is not shared with third parties except as required by law. We collect only necessary information to facilitate service provision.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
